Runabout Bill

After reading “Born to Run” by Christopher McDougall, I was inspired to try a pair of vibram five finger shoes. Eleven months later I “ran” my first marathon. Since then I have run ultra races up to 50 miles so far, and have fallen in love with trail running and the mountains. I run mostly in Luna Sandals and 25% no shoes at all. I continue to be amazed at what the human body is capable of.
